If you enjoyed the original Mad Dex arcade game, you'll definitely love the sequel. Mad Dex, our little hero, continues his daring adventures. He's a square and takes on the role of the protagonist. One day, a colossal monster kidnaps your 100-year-old beloved, Ms. Dex. This monster also has sinister plans for your beautiful city, intending to destroy it once under his control. Determined, Crazy Dex decides to rescue his love, defeat the evil monster, and restore peace and order to the city. That sounds like a compelling reason to choose Mad Dex.

Overall, I found the plot of Mad Dex 2 to be quite captivating. While the central concept isn't entirely new, the author's unique approach makes it an engaging read. Parkour is Mad Dex's most remarkable skill. As slow as a snail. Dexter, the Mad Cube, has the ability to release a sticky red fluid. With this, he can scale tall barriers and leap over shorter ones.

Throughout his journey, Mad Dex can discover useful weapons and equipment, like rockets he can attach to himself to escape without relying on parkour. Having a gun that can fire in any direction is a significant advantage during boss battles, no matter how many barrels it has. Our protagonist can also perform parkour, but he possesses various other special abilities that will be invaluable on your journey.

Each level ends with a challenging puzzle, and solving it will unveil more details about a larger mystery. That's why, once players start collecting "onions" from Mad Dex 2, they find it hard to stop playing.

Jumping, acrobatics, parkour release, shooting, rocket flight, etc., all need to be perfectly timed, and you must be quick on your feet to avoid various traps. (Sticky cogs, molten lava,...) Failing to understand the rules of physics in Mad Dex 2 will likely cost you several lives, and there's a long journey ahead, even if you do understand them.
