The equipment list expands when you acquire a gift chest, always ready to join the battle. However, upgrading them is essential for reaching higher levels. Completed missions help accumulate points for future promotions. Energy resources, coins, and diamonds are crucial for significant events.

The arena is established once the player opts to begin. Star Hero Story sets up a massive board with stones lined up in succession. The gap between you and the wall narrows with each attack. It's crucial to clear rows of bricks near your position to maintain the fun. Furthermore, players can target weak points in the walls to destroy multiple bricks at once. Numbers on the bricks decrease as bullets hit them. Two joysticks assist players in maneuvering within the arena. The gun's aim is set by touching and dragging.
